??PPS - consecutively - in one screen file??
« on: March 11, 2010, 08:35:14 AM »
Good Morning community.

Before one question:

It it possible, to add more than one Powerpoint Presentation in one office area?
Like in the photo area?

Story:

I have four presentations.
I look for an answer to run this four pps-files consecutively.

I know: i can merge this four files to one pps. But two of these would be updated weekly.

I don't want to make a lot of screens and add every several screen(1 minute) in the schedule.

Answers?? Thanks.=)

Sorry for my english =)

Hi mikeeee

your English is great :-)

Unfortunately I don't think you can put more than one PPT onto the same screen. PPT runs full screen and Magicinfo-Pro doesn't give you an option to shrink it to a window-however-

there has been some talk about this before on here so have a good search around-but I remember one solution was to convert the PPT file into a Flash .swf file using an application such as i-spring pro

http://www.ispringsolutions.com/products/ispring_pro.html

you can then place as many as you want onto one screen at any scale you choose.

One thing to note is the text gets progressively harder to read the smaller you make the display size so if there is too much small text on your PPT slides they may not display too well when you shrink them down.

All the best from London UK.
