Hi, I don't know if this is related but some screens running magicinfo pro are not able to work with the tv input. Which model do you have?

(TV: General broadcasting channel range - 2~69, Cable broadcasting channel range 1, 14~135)
(DTV : Main channel range - 0 to 999, Sub channel range - 0 to 999)
