Hello Fellow Magicians,

I have the 888-341-2482 number written down explicitly for MagicInfo, however (at least in Canada), I have had most success calling the SECA B2B Call Center @ 1-800-749-0205. Still a bit hairy but people at least know how to get you to someone who can help there typically. I would assume different number for the US, but it would likely be called "SEUS B2B Call Center" if you wanted to search on your own.
