New to MagicPro
« on: July 14, 2015, 07:50:38 AM »
Hi all,
I've recently taken over a Samsung 42" LCD TV with Magicinfo Pro built in.
The problem I have is that I have no idea how to make it work. I'm taking over a person who passed away suddenly and he did not leave any documentation for me to refer to.

So current situation is:
1. I turn on the TV.
2. TV loads to Windows
3. Windows loads Magicinfo Pro
4. I get the Magicinfo Pro symbol loading and nothing happens from there.

I've been told from my colleagues that previously my ex-colleague just inserted a thumb drive and the TV autoloaded it. I sadly cannot figure it out. I have checked out some sites with documents on how to use Magic Pro like:
http://portland-place.co.uk/upload/documents/%7Be17e349a-75bd-4201-af15-9ae546e059e5%7D/MagicInfo%20Pro%20User%20Guide.pdf

But it's not quite helpful since I can't even get to that menu section.
Any help on where to begin would be nice.

Did you ever get this sorted?
