Schedule Shortcuts
« on: May 26, 2010, 08:35:01 PM »
Here's the situation

13 Shows each ranging 1-2mins in time

need all 13 shows to play continuously throughout the day from 8:30am-5:30pm

I'm aware that you can copy & paste selected show to make it easier when scheduling but can you select multiply shows and copy/paste them in the timeline??

Layer your shows one on top of another in your screen build then set the time they will play on the left hand tree so they play one after another in the build window eg first one 1-2 mins, second one 2-4 mins and so on. Then set the main background time of your screen to say 26 minutes. Schedule your screen to play daily from 8:30 -5:30 and set the end time for say one month ahead. Publish the schedule to your screens and they will play your files one after another for 26 minutes then roll back to the first one, then play them one after another for another 26 minutes and so on throughout each day.

I hope this helps you, it's a bit hard to explain but once you get it it should do exactly what you want.
