Playlist not playing

Playlist not playing

I'm pretty new to MagicInfo Express, but I just created a playlist that consists of two templates. I can add the playlist to my schedule and set each template to 5 seconds. When I then send this to my device, the first template is displayed and it just stays static (the playlist timing isn't respected). When I press and hold my display, then select Tools/Playlist, I can see both templates and choose between the two.

How do I make my device (a Samsung DB10E-TPOE) play the playlist?! Thank you
