Monitor connects but show does not display

Monitor connects but show does not display

I've successfully made a show and published it to the monitor...scheduler says "successful" publish, and the show appears in the D:\ drive of the monitor.  But when MagicInfo pro launches, all I see is the spinning globe and the logo.

I've restarted the monitor, and double-checked the schedule.  I am able to send text messages to the monitor.  And this show is only one JPG image, which successfully opens from the D drive of the monitor.  Just won't play the "show."  Any ideas?

Hello, open the schedule file on the client D drive using notepad and check the times and dates the screen file should play are correct.

Also check the time your image is set to appear in the show.

Also check the client system time is correct.

It is publishing the files ok as your .jpg has appeared on the D drive so it has to be down to the screen image time setting or the schedule time setting or the system time setting...

Let me know if you still can't get it to play and I will try to help.
