Samsung 400EX model
« on: August 19, 2010, 10:16:17 PM »
I have 3 Samsung 400dxn displays with the widnows embedded PCs. These work fine but my boss now says they look "old fashioned". He want's a ultra-thin model for our front lobby.
I looked at the 400EX model and it says it comes with MagicInfo software but does not appear to have an embedded PC.  How does that work?

Samsung provide embedded controller monitors and non-embedded controller monitors. Anything with the letter 'n' in the model code is an embedded monitor. 'n' stands for 'network', so you will either have a 400EX or 400Exn. These are new products LED edge lit BLU. Great product, very efficient and also has the legendary Magicinfo pro (and 60-days) Magicinfo I Advanced. The embedded PC has a SATA hard drive, and WES (Windows Embedded Standard) with SPK3.

Nice one!
