Unsuccessful Publishing
« on: February 11, 2011, 07:23:40 AM »
Our company has got 3 400MXn running smoothly for a few months. Recently, when I publish new schedule to them using MIP, the status bar of one of the monitors keeps running with 0% complete while the other two finish normally. However, the 0% complete monitor in fact has been updated with the new schedule and it seems running without errors. I have tried to re-publish it again and again, but it remains % complete but the monitor has received the schedule. I wonder how to solve this kind of error?

Hi

try deleting the files on the D drive on the client via VNC then try republishing the schedule.

I would do as EricL says, but it maybe also worth upgrading your client and server software to the latest versions. 2600.6 for server and 3100 for client. There is a lot of updates on flash, codecs as well, it may be that this is the issue.
