Mirrored&inverted movie files
« on: February 25, 2011, 12:45:31 PM »
Hi,
Not sure if this has been aired before but if anyone is experiencing (as I am) that since upgrading our server OS to Windows-7 virtually all video loops are displayed laterally inverted after the initial loop.
The screens once completed, scheduled and published display correctly on the client displays.
This makes creating and editing screens awkward.
I've aired this with Samsung DSSC who have done similar tests and confirmed this is a bug.
Recent upgrades to MagicInfo Pro 2600.7 have not ironed out the bug.

TT

Not something I have had issues with myself so far

however if this has been confirmed as a bug hopefully a update will be available soon but Samsung tend to take their time over things as they do over answering their e-mails and calls.

maybe try rolling back to an earlier version in the meantime.

Yes, this is true! It happens on Vista and Windows 7. This is because of the OS, but I think Samsung is investigating to see what the cause of it is....

Strange.
