Connecting several Samsung 460 MXn-2
« on: March 02, 2011, 10:37:24 AM »
Hi all!

I have 6 Samsung 460 MXn-2 monitors. The problem is that I want to connect only 1 source to one of the monitors and then clone the picture to the rest of the monitors.

I've connected a VGA-cable to the RGB-output on the first monitor and then into the RBG-input at the second and so on..
But when in windows I can't seem to find any "clone"-options, only "extend desktop".

Is there any option you have to check in magic info pro? Thanks!

You cannot daisy chain the screens. I am not sure you want to do this, as you can broadcast the same content to go to all of them at the same time through the network. In any case, if you wanted to use only one and get that image across to all screens, you will need to use the VGA Out and a VGA splitter box with VGA outputs.
