PPS inconsistent transition
« on: April 16, 2011, 05:50:50 PM »
Hi,

I am using MagicInfo Pro.
I have manage to upload a PPS, but the slide transition is relatively inconsistent, although I have set up 'Automatically After' 5 seconds under Animation tab of PPT 2007.
Some slides will change after about 8 seconds while, others change around 20+ seconds. And, the worse part is the timing for the slide transition is different during each loop.

In addition, which 'Show Type' option should I choose:
- Presented by a speaker
- Browse by an individual
- Browse at a kiosk

Thank you...
-CK

To add, the slide transition is normal when I execute the PPS in Windows Embedded environment.
It just act abnormally when I run under MagicInfo. :-\

The MIP server is 2509b while the client is 3100.3. According to local Samsung, these versions are the latest.
A couple of files were sent to them for testing and they reported no abnormality in the slide transition.
They suspected the add-on components, e.g. codec, other viewers, etc, might have cause the problem.

The support is in Singapore.

They adviced us to reinstall the viewer, and I'll post the outcome when we have tested with the new installation.
