Setup Timer2 and Timer3
« on: June 16, 2011, 06:41:20 PM »
When I clicked on Remote Management --> Time --> Select the monitor on the right panel: I was able to set the timer1 but the timer2, timer3 and holidays were grey out (could not select or enter information).
Can anybody show me how to setup for the timer2 and timer3?
Thanks
Mike

I thought i posted my reply, but maybe not.

It depends on what model LCD you have.
I went through this problem with Samsung tech support.
I have 460FP-2 and timer2, 3 and holiday are greyed out, no way at all to get to them.
Since researching this, we ordered another LCD , but model 460FP-3.
This new model can access timer2 , 3 and holidays.
I am running version 3101/2600 on both LCD's.

you would have thought it was a software issue instead of a LCD model# issue.

You are quite correct - not all screens have this ability.

The new versions of MagicInfo pro server software have to cater for all screens including the new ones which do have this facility in their firmware (different time setups). If you have old products, they won't obey any settings you may do.
