I hope you can help me. We use in our Company 2 Samsung Screens and MagicInfo Lite Server. Everything is working

I have only a Problem with a PowerPoint.pptx file on the Screens. On my PC is the time for each slide on 20sec. , but on the Screens is the time for each slide only 5 sec. I don't know how can Change this time.

Solution

that option has been removed on latest release so you need to configure it on screen side on the player setting. So access the home menu>player>setting then change the display duration to the time you need. See option below
