Running server software on Windows 7 Enterprise. I can push schedules to the screens and I connect to them through VNC manually but I cannot use the remote access option.

I use Windows 7 Ultimate and I haven't got problems as this. It may be the Enterprise version, I don't know. Maybe you need to look into your firewall and see if VNC is allowed access (as Admin).
