Hi All,

We have recently installed MagicInfo Server 7, everything working except for the Remote Control Server , Status is OFF and therefore cannot remote Control to TVs.

Get the Error "Not Connected to the SPLAYER Remote Server. Please check RM Server".

Please help if you any feedback to assist to resolve

Dear Genra,

In MagicINFO you can start the RM server, go to settings>External server management>Remote control server
There you should have a line with the settings for the RM, you should be able to set the ports.
