Title: 404 Error When Trying TO Sign In

I just installed MagicInfo Server. I can navigate to the log in page with no problem. When I attempt to sign in on Internet Explorer I get a 44 error message. If I sign in using Chrome, I get a blank white page with the following in the address bar: (ip address with port)/MagicInfo/j_spring_security_check

Does anybody have any suggestions?

I know this is an old post - but I am having the same problem

The initial login page load normally, but after entering credentials it results in a 404 not found error
http://[serverIP]:7001/MagicInfo/j_spring_security_checkj_spring_security_check

Has anyone fixed this before?

I never found the reason for this either. Tried 3 different Windows 2012 R2 servers. The fourth one worked.
