I've managed to integrate a flash application reading from xml file (it can be csv excel file) and to be added as a flash file on either MagicInfo premium S2/I
Noting that it depends mainly on the queuing system, if the queuing system can generate an xml or csv file somewhere on the network, I can command this flash application to fetch the data from it real time. Else if the queuing system is closed upon itself it cannot be integrated with this flash app through third party (xml file/csv)

your feedback is welcome !

The answer is yes you can code events, as in making a button for when you click it and it will count on a text element
(If this is the case I would give you an example)
You can also make a system, where the MagicInfo reads an XML file on the network, and this XML file can be changed by various options like a java program or direct editing

In general MagicInfo events are given code templates that gives you some options, but with VBscript coding it will give you way more and more options to produce a more interactive and integrative content
