Recently I had to reinstall an OS on a laptop I was using to update our RM48D. I saved all the schedules, templates etc, I re-installed on Windows 8 (also tested on Windows 10) with the latest version available from Samsung. I copied across all the templates and schedules. On opening it works fine, I see my schedules etc. I updated one, the TV is found on the network but Sending intermittently hangs. This has never happened before. Eventually after several re-tries, the new schedule etc was sent to the TV. All that appears is a White Screen. I tried transferring to a USB and everything was visible but again just a white screen?
Any ideas? As a charity we fundraise by selling ads on the TV.
Summary: Re-installed. Copied across contents of Templates Folder and Schedules. Opened software but buggy sending the files and now just a white screen.

Tried brand new install as administrator on Windows 10. Created a new store and built new template and schedule. Software shows sending but only white screen on the tv.
