How do you uninstall the previous version of PostgreSQL?

We have upgraded our MagicInfo build to NA-MICS-20.1010.7 to move away from Postgresql 9.3 and onto 9.6 to address some security vulnerabilities. I then uninstalled PostgreSQL 9.3  but was unable to login into the control panel even though the web interface loads as normal. When trying to log in it says the username and password are incorrect despite the credentials not being changed.

Any help would be great, TIA!

Probably it`s regarding difference Lite and Premium version but anyway should be somewhere an option to convert it.. If i can do it from L to W why i can`t form W to L ? :D

I found it in device list and just click on name device (screen attached).

Dear ysztymvp,

Please see the attached picture of how you can find this.
But now I am in doubt if this will work with your Lite screens. Perhaps this can only be done from Premium and not Lite.

Dear Ysztymvp,

For point two you need to set your view in list mode, it is just out of your screenshot.
Point three you need to open the device window by clicking the little I icon on the device.

Dear Tomasz,

Please see below
1. Most likely your images do not meet the requirements from MagiciNFO, should max 72 DPI and RGB color.
2. When you wish to do this you need to convert the device via the tab device>set in list view>tab set up>device conversion. After this, you need to push the specific W-Player software/ firmware to the screen
3. This can be done on-screen level, open the device edit menu in MagicINFO>Tab set up> see period

Hi everyone.
I have few question about my problems with Magic info Lite:

1. When pptx files are present on screens, pasted photos are not visible(on pdf working fine). On original presentation everything is fine.
2. How to change device with Payer W to Player L verison? I reset TV but nothing change, also can`t do it from web server.
3. How change remotely slides timing on presentations?

Dear pigarka,

Sometimes it helps to give the screen an extra push by opening the player and start the network channel again.
on your remote, it will be Source>Player>Network channel

Perhaps there is also a newer version of firmware, you can check with your hardware supplier.

Dear Pigarka,

This sounds like a problem on screen level or related to your content.
have you tested to send out a simple image and see the result on the screens that are given issues?
Perhaps these issues can be solved with a firmware update on your screens.

The fact is that at first the schedule is published correctly, but at some point the Deploy Job Schedule Service process stops and does not resume again. That is, everything is in order with the screens. I don’t understand how to start the process of publishing the schedule again.
