Connecting to monitor
« on: July 24, 2017, 01:34:37 PM »
Hi All

I have 3 DC32E monitors, which I believe come installed with the "lite" version of the software. Am I able to connect Express 2 to these monitors?

Thanks in advance.

Mark

Yes, You should be able to, but there seem to be some issues according to other users

I myself haven't had this issue yet, also we don't use express often so I am not too sure

Well I'm having no luck. Samsung have said that the DCE models only run the lite software and you can't connect express 2 to them and run templates etc. I was under the impression that ALL DC models worked with the Magic Info software.

Can someone else clarify?

If they won't work then I've got three monitors that I can't use  >:(

A quick look in the app store (yes I'm an iPhone boy, plz don't judge) for MI express 2 confirms that the DC-E is not supported, eventhough it uses the SoC Player-E, like the RM-D and the RM-H it's not listed.  :(
