Hey there,
I'm taking over a position editing video loops for a company and have no prior experience with MagicInfo (wish me luck!).
I've built my first loop (thirty minutes long) using iMovie, and imported it to MagicInfo-i Standard.
The element displays on the page as a black box, but it lists the correct time of the video in the timeline. When I try to preview the page, it is a blank white screen.

I've tried a couple of different formats, .mov, .mp4, and .wmv, but none of them are working.
I have a demo of Premium, and popped the video in and it loaded just fine.

What am I missing that is preventing me from having success with Standard?

The MagicInfo Standard is discontinued. As far as I know Samsung has taken it off their FTP site and I don't think that they supported anymore. The best way is to go the the new version 2000.x (can't remember details) and that will be fine for 5 clients. It is a far better product than the Standard.

You need to register with http://www.samsunglfd.com to get the software and other goodies.
