Hello all,

we purchased a Premium I license, installed and configured the server, and installed two MagicInfo Player I on a laptop and PC. We can schedule and display correctly some photo playlists, no problem with it in both devices. The issue is when we try to display a video. Video content upload is ok, schedule, all seems ok but only displays a black screen.
Anyone got the same issue? Do you think it would be the video codecs from laptop/pc?

Hi, your problem is that you have not installed the propper codecs for the i-Player to display your video. Probably you are sending an Mp4 video. Try installing K-Lite codecs or CCCP codecs. Once you have either FFDSHOW or LAV Video Decoder installed (included on both packages), you will be able to see the video.
