How can we stop getting windows alerts when magicinfo is running. Notifications or run time error pop ups appear on screens.

You need to look for Notifications & Actions in Windows or use Google for some more detailed advice.

Yes, this is possible you need to use Sync Playlist and Sync Schedule in magicINFO.

Additionally your network must be capable to handle synchronization/multicast packets.
