Title: Help. Different computers can not see the schedule
Post by: premium90 on April 19, 2011, 09:23:57 AM
Quick question as a complete newbie on this. Is it me or is it the limitation of the software and system?

I can access the samsung TFT system and upload new material to the TFT. However, the schedule does not appear if I access another computer? Any ideas?

May be it worth to read introduction topics to MIP?
- Available screens and explanation of server and client software.
- Guide to using Magicinfo Pro
- Introduction to Magicinfo Pro
I believe it could save time for you in future.

I am having the same problem on the same computer.  Log in as my account on windows 7 client, set up connection to magicinfopro Server and can see device, schedule, run, all is fine.

Login as another user on windows 2008 domain, login as admin, and all the settings are gone and cannot connect to magicinfopro server.

It seems like the setup information is being stored in the user's profile.

Where is the password, network settings being saved tooo????

I could not start the magicinfo pro if i use another user in win 2008 r2. But if i install the server software in D: drive, the start problem solved. Could you try this solution as well?
