Hello there,
My MagicInfo Express installation cannot see my Signage Screens when trying to Send Content.
They are plugged into the same switch same VLAN I can ping the screen from the Laptop running MagicInfo.
When I try and "Add Signage TV" by IP address the "Enter PIN number . . " pops up - I have entered 0000 1234 1111 etc but it still displays "No device found. Please search again."
I'm going to give up unless anyone out there has any ideas ?
I will have to stick a Raspberry Pi to the back of the screen.
