Hello,
On the server everything is installed and I can log on on the magicinfopro, but the ?Remote access? button is greyed out. I have already turned off the firewall, but nothing has changed.
Is it normal that when I move my cursor over the VNC logo on my client the message ?VNC Server (user) 192.168.0.130? appears, while the IP address of my server is defined as 192.168.0.72 ?
How can I solve this?

Go to Program Files/SEC/MagicInfo and find the VNC executable file and double click it, then put in the IP address of your client...the one you got when you hovered over the icon. (192.168.0.130) That should allow you to test the VNC.
