I have changed the time on the MagicInfo display monitor to our local time (central time). Periodically, it reverts back to the factory setting time, and then doesn't display correctly, because the time zone has to be correct to display the schedule correctly. Any ideas on how it can keep the settings? I click "apply" before I click ok, so I really don't know why it won't keep the settings.

Did you commit EWF after setting new time?
-
Same problem with our four monitors. They reset every day back to factory and/or each time you restart them.
-
Commit EWF after changing any system settings.
-
My technology department isn't familiar with the EWF. If you could post step by step directions or link to them it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
-
to commit EWF type in command prompt mode:
ewfmgr c: -commit
and execute it by pressing Enter
-
Thank you very much, I will get that information to my technology department and hopefully that will fix the problem! Thanks again.

Is there anything that needs to be done with the program once this EWF change is done? We cannot get our program to connect to the monitors now...
-
on the taskbar you will see a small logo for Magicinfo you need to right click this and click run
the screen should then connect no problem.
