I have a screen working well with published schedules and I can remote using VNC. However no information is given for the screen under Remote Management > MDC, it is all blank. Remote Management > System does populate with information.
This occurred after having a replacement integrated PC sent for the screen, had to downgrade the client software to work with the server.

it sounds like the client and server versions are not properly matched after the downgrade of the client software, best option is to give Samsung a call and check the exact versions for compatibility.
