I have been running Magicinfo Pro 2504 server for years to my Syncmaster400CXn with no issues. I am happy with this old version and do not particularly want to change the version unless I have to. We have just replaced our old PC which ran Windows 7 and installed Magicinfo Pro 2507 server on the new PC on Windows 10. I have set it up exactly the same as the previous PC and connected to the same network point. I connect the client on the LAN to the server by name, Magicinfo, rather than by ip address. However the new PC will not connect.
In order to update the schedule, I have to connect the old PC temporarily to the network.
Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this please?
