Hi everyone, in our company we bought 3 samsung monitor with magic info for  bulletin boards.

We are able to activetemagic info license for 1 of this monitor but when we are approaching for activate license (paied license) for another 2 monitor we receive an error message like "contact license slm error code" and we can't activate any more license on the server!

does anyone know this error?

Dear TSFit,

Most likely you can activate your license with the disconnected method. Then you need to ask your license vendor to create a keyfile in the Samsung database.
He needs from you the license key and your HW code to process this.

Hi, Magicinfo only allows you to add/activate 1 type of license. For example if you purchase 1 screen and 1 license and activate it and after some time you purchase additional screen and additional license, magicinfo will not let you introduce new license.
In this case you have to ask your license provider to make a "license merge" process.
