Title: License lost reinstalling magicinfo server

Hello,

We recently purchased a Magicinfo Premium License and successfully activated it on the Magicinfo Server. Unfortunately the MagicInfo Web Author is giving me an error 500 upon clicking "Create Content" so i had to uninstall and reinstall Maginfo Server. Upon reinstalling the Server everything was reset and i had to create schedules and playlists again and the worst part is I cannot see the premium license activated anymore.

Is it possible to get back the license again?

I would try contacting Samsung.
