Title: Application Error Message on Monitor Screen
Post by: PMH Marketing on September 24, 2009, 05:42:14 PM
I keep receiving the following error message box...

The instruction at "0x77f2be67" references memory at "0x01e01000".  The memory could not be "read".  Click OK to terminate the program.

When I click on OK the message disappears.  The Power Point presentation continues to display, but this box is in the middle of the monitor.

The IT dept. here is not sure why this is happening.  They think there is a problem with one of my slides??  Do you have any thoughts?

Thanks
M Schultz

Hi, I suggest trying a different powerpoint presentation. If the same error occurs it is possible there is a problem with the client. If the message does not appear then it looks like something in your original powerpoint. The most likely culprit is a flash file or link to one-try updating the flash player [don't forget to commit the client]. If all else fails then try rebuilding your powerpoint presentation making sure there is nothing untoward in any of the slides.

Hope it helps
