Title: Client software not playing after update to 3005

I recently updated the client software on 1 screen before rolling it out to the others.
Now it doesn't startup on reboot, doesn't show in system tray and won't manually start up.
ie. now no longer works.
I have unistalled since and reinstalled and still the same.
Any ideas??

did you remember to turn off the EWF before the update?

EWF is turned off on all our screens. If that wasn't the case what would be the result?

Hi

sometimes updating the software with the EWF on can result in a partial installation with some elements not functioning correctly.

Maybe try a format and then install the full application..

Do you have a link for the full application. It came preinstalled as far as I am aware, and we have no discs.
