Hi all,
The company i work for has recently opened a retail store and purchased a  Samsung RM40D to play basic ads in the store front. It is mostly just needed for stills with a couple of videos our suppliers have provided.

The issue i am having is that any "scheduled" content loaded onto the screen doesn't play. instead the magic info logo plays in its place.

I have tried remote sending the content and using a usb.

Any ideas what i am doing wrong

Hi,

do you have entered the correct Server IP at the monitor, can you ping the monitor from your Server?
Can you get on your Monitor via VNC?

Hi - I have exactly the same problem.
At one point it did start to play presentation (a couple of MP4's)
But there seems to be an inabillity to load the schedule.
I does not matter if I load to an USB or directly to the monitor to eiter internal or USB memory.

Any hints would be appriciated
