Hi all,

I've inherited a screen in our lobby running this software to display a photoalbum
however next month we briefly want to use it for a short powerpoint for a large group of people.
but i've been unable to access the tv's controls due to magicinfo starting on boot and disabling access via the remote.

how do you regain control of the screen or temporarily disable the application?  i've looked through the documentation but i can't find it discribed anywhere.

Hello, sorry to hear you are having problems.

Have you tried plugging a USB mouse / keyboard into the sockets under the screen?

found the solution, you use the web-app.

i was using a non-admin account i later found out, managed to get into the admin and disabled the lockout and broadcast to the screen.
