We have a client that has Tizen screens with MagicInfo Media player installed and they were wanting to know if there is an app that can be installed on Magic Info that will take a screenshot whats being shown and store it and be used incase the screen goes black. The screenshot will be displayed whilst the issue is being fixed.
Does anyone have any ideas?
