Hello everyone,

I facing an issue when connect the screen to magic info server couldn't accept to added to server and got error message (Failed to approve device )

I'm using magic info server 41018 version .

please need to help me to resolve this issue .

Have you installed the license for the device?  I had the same issue trying to approve Lite devices which was resolved after I had installed the free Lite license.

Dear Assem222,

Perhaps it is a good idea to start fresh with the latest software:
PostgreSQl 9.6 (not the latest, but recommended by Samsung)
MagicINFO 7100.2

Then activate the free license and choose the Lite option in the interface.
