Hi, we're using Magicinfo Server v7 and have 6 screens registered as "Lite" devices.  I've created a Preset with timers to turn on \ off the screens and some other settings to force the default channel and display options.  The Preset has been registered but it is not publishing to any of the 6 screens; the Publish Status is 0/6 devices... 

How can I resolve this?

Dear  Leeb,

Are you sure Presets are available for the Lite licenses? I can imagen that this functionality only works with a Premium license.

I had managed to so this previously using MI Express so I just assumed that since the feature is available in MI Lite that it must be supported.  I am also unable to find the relevant settings in the digital screen settings - we're using QM55N's..  surely it's possible to set presets directly on the screen as an alternative?
