I have a MagicInfo Server V8, everything is working properly except the remote control not functioning as upon clicking it will takes very long to load and returns with a message asking to restart. Already tried restart but still the same. Please help.

Dear KeIG,

Can you please inform us how you installed MagicINFO?
Did you do a fresh install or an upgrade from an older version (and wich older version)?
Did you encounter any issues during the installation?
In the pop-up window off remote control, you see a URL is the IP address the same as your MagicINFO interface?

You can also see the remote control URL in the config file in the installation folder off MagicINFO.

I hope this information will help you find the issue.
