Title: What is MagicInfo Lite?
Post by: nickp on December 02, 2011, 04:03:31 AM
I'm looking at picking up some ME55A monitors, and see that they ship with "MagicInfo Lite".  I can't seem to find any info on what it is, and what it's capabilities are.  Anyone know what MagicInfo Lite is?

MagicInfoLite is great! Basically it plays content (JPGs, PPTX, TP, MPG, AVI etc) media files in full screen. The ME55a has some internal memory where you can copy media files and play them directly like any media player. You can do this in a number of ways.

1) Internal memory where all media files in the internal memory keep playing during the day, and on, and on, and on...
2) USB memory (same as above) but you need to copy the media files into a directory called MagicInfoSlide and thus there is no need for any scheduling
3) Local Schedule, where you select files to be played
4) Network Schedule from the MagicInfo I Premium WebServer

There are 25 MagicInfoLite screens that can be attached to the Samsung WebServer.
