Hoping someone can help me with this problem. We have a network of 4 clinics.
Last year we purchased a Samsung RM40D for clinic #1. I was able to install Magic Info Express 2 and remotely send updates to the unit from my clinic (clinic #2) through our network.
We recently purchased 5 Samsung DB40E units for (4 for clinic #3 and 1 for clinic #4). Since purchased, I have no been able to connect to the units remotely with Magic Info Express 2. I keep receiving the Currently Unavailable message. I am, however, able to ping the units from here and see that they are on the network.
I was able to connect to to the RM40D until just the other day and now I can't connect to it either. I get the same message when trying to access it. When I went over to clinic #3 I was able to connect to the 4 units there with a different PC.
Can anyone help or point me in the right direction for how to resolve this. I need to be able to remotely update these units. Thank you!
