MagicInfo S2 player

Hi,
We have DM48D and DM55D screens at our church. They shipped with the MagicInfo S2 player. Is there any version of MagicInfo Express that will work with these screens? or is it possible to upgrade the player to S3? Many thanks, Peter.

To my surprise I was able to update the player in the screens to S3. However only one of them can be 'seen' by MagicInfo Express. Are there any settings apart from network connectivity that I can check?

Dear,

You can try asking your hardware reseller or your contact point for a newer firmware update for your screen.

This can be implemented with the MagicInfo server with a connected USB stick.
