Afternoon members,

I wonder if you could point me in the right direction due to the lack of Samsung support on MagicInfo Express 2.
I have 4 screens setup in office.  IP's seen by software.

However if I click create template and then select My content on the left for adding jpegs etc., al I'm getting is a spinning icon!!!!

I have tried moving location, adding location, trying it on a win7 and win 10 PC in office.  All the same.

Anyone have any ideas?

SOLUTION:

Turns out 1 of the jpeg files in the folder wasn't liked by Magic Info Express 2 when it creates thumbs of the images.
Removed offending file, restarted application, and now it works fine.
