Slide scrolling problem

Hello,
 
We currently have a problem with 2 screens DB55E SAMSUNG that we use with the program Magic info Express 2. We can not scroll the slides on the screen while they are present. On the other hand, on a DB43J everything is ok.
 
Can you help us ?
