Hello,
I've inserted a password via the small icon, but now I cannot access the menu anymore.
The error is: "An unsupported operation was attempted"
What can I do?
Please, does anybody have a hint for me - we have a presentation this afternoon and I cannot change servers and stuff...

sorry to hear of your problem-normally to reset a password with the Samsung software you reinstall the software and it will ask you for a new password during the installation procedure.

is this the regular setup file delivered with the CD, which I also use for the network server (for creating the schedules, etc.)?
Beause I couldnt find an option for "client install mode for Monitor/panel" - so I stopped the installation. It seems that the setup is just for the "program server"
How can I reinstall and confirm without having access to the EWF menu?
How can I reinstall/reset the whole embedded XP to factory settings?

no idea? where do I get an image to reinstall the whole embedded XP or to fix the installation?

I see your problem, if you call Samsung support 01932 455000 and explain the issue they may send you a disc with the whole client screen image on it to install over the existing OS/Magicinfo Pro software. They will require the serial number of the screen-or they may have a quicker solution..
