Hello,

I'm new here and we setup the MagicInfo Premium for our new location. Anyways long story short. Is there a trick to setting up CIFS? I've try different variation in MagicInfo. Username, hostname, shared folder path, but it keeps throwing Files not found or invalid path.

I've setup a shared folder on a Win 2012 server and I'm able to browse to it from a Windows machine. I've setup the permission on the folder where the user account has full access rights. What am I doing wrong?

We have been using CIFS content on 3 TV's for over a year and they were working fine.  Friday 3/31/2017 they are no longer updating from the network share.  Did troubleshooting all day Tuesday.  Recreated content.  Rebooted MagicInfo server.  Rebooted TV's.  Still no luck.  Anyone else having issues?
