Hi

just got a MagicNet 40" screen and been sent the Magicinfo pro software

tryng to work out how to make a template with BBc 24 and rrs feed but can seem to get the software to see the screen or even add images to the library.. is Info diferent to MagicNet ? 
Help anyone please

It is different, as I understand it not all the MagicNet screens will work with the MagicinfoPro software..  :(

MagicNet was produced some years ago as the original version of the Samsung Digital Signage. Then came Magicinfo Pro then Magicinfo-I.

i wounder where i can get it from then as i have a 40" Magicnet unit and been given magicinfo.. no wouder i cant see may screen on the network :-(

Hmm, if no-one offers it on here try contacting Samsung LFD, they are usually very helpful once you finally get through to the right department :-) MagicNet was out around 2007 so a bit ago now.. had a quick look on Google but no joy, as a last resort try pm-ing Bill Coral, he's the daddy and may be able to help :-)

Btw what is the model number of the screen?
