One lobby monitor constantly loses its "picture" and the screen continually will revert to a solid red color until refreshed again.  Running on XP (2002).  What can be done to resolve this?

how is the screen connecting to magicinfo? Name or via IP address?

Have you got all your screens on static IP addresses etc?
