Title: "FAIL" - Device Settings for Remote Display Management

Is VNC what manages the ability to change the time/timers/volume and the other display options in the device menu from the server?  I was told to look for a distributor.exe file, which wasn't there, but never got any feedback on how to remedy the problem.

Anyone know what to do next?

Each time I go into the 'device' menu from the admin portal, each option does the circular loading marquee for a minute or so and then just reports "FAIL" for everything.  If I try to set the clock time from the server, it doesn't actually work after hitting apply...
